Common Questions We Get Asked

Do you offer vegetarian/vegan meals?

Meat stocks and beef tallow are an integral part of the way we cook our meals, which means we aren’t vegetarian or vegan.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to the Queenstown area, including Arthurs Point, Queenstown, Fernhill, Frankton, Jacks Point, Shotover Country, and Arrowtown. If you’re unsure, just fill out the form if we can’t deliver, we’ll send you an SMS to let you know.

What days and times do you deliver?

We deliver meals on Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday between 6:00–8:30 pm. For your free trial, we’ll deliver on the next available selected day.

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

Yes, we ask that you’re home to accept your meals during the free trial. (For ongoing services, you don’t need to be home.)

We do this because we’re a local business and want to meet you.

How much does delivery cost?

There’s no fee for meals or delivery in your 2-meal trial — it’s 100% free.
